All of our milling and turning machines are CNC (computer numerical control) which provides precise control and eliminates human error or inconsistencies found in conventional non-CNC machine tools.
EPower Corp manufactures a wide variety of products using CNC machining, using only the highest quality materials and top-of-the-line technologies. Each CNC production line is operated by trained employees and equipped with high-quality tools. Additionally, EPower is continuously expanding our CNC milling and turning capacity by adding at least two machines every 4-5 months. This added capacity allows us to better serve customers and continue to grow.
WHAT IS CNC MILLING AND TURNING?
CNC machining is a manufacturing process in which pre-programmed computer software dictates the movement of factory tools and machinery. In this case, the CNC process is used to control a range of complex machinery, such as milling and turning tools. With CNC machining, three-dimensional cutting tasks can be accomplished in a single set of prompts with great accuracy and consistency, while saving time and lowering costs.
CNC milling and turning allows us to manufacture detailed parts that are impossible to machine by hand and is far more efficient. The CNC process is more sophisticated than a normal drilling process because our machines can move on 3 axes (X, Y & Z). Using CNC we are able to turn a block of material into exactly what you envision. All of this is done faster, cheaper, and more efficiently than the traditional methods.
We have invested heavily in our CNC department and currently we have 4 machines dedicated for just sampling and 15 machines that are for mass production. Now, all of our hard material fabrication has been taken out of conventional machining and replaced with CNC. Advantages of going with EPower for your CNC needs:

MATERIALS, FINISHES & PRINTING
Materials - Nearly all types of materials that can be drilled can also be cut using our CNC machines. The most common materials used for CNC are aluminum, steel, copper, brass, and titanium.
Finishes & Printing - Depending on your product, there is most likely some sort of finish and/or printing that goes into the product. EPower Corp has the ability to perform the following finishing and printing services: polishing, anodizing, plating, sandblasting, heat treatment, powder coating, pad printing, dye sublimating, and more.
