Conflict Minerals Statement

EPower is committed to responsible sourcing and recognizes the serious humanitarian issues associated with conflict minerals, which include tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (3TG). In alignment with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the SEC’s conflict minerals rule, we exercise reasonable due diligence on the source and chain of custody of these minerals within our supply chain. Our goal is to ensure that materials used in our products do not directly or indirectly finance armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or adjoining countries. We work with our suppliers to collect information, promote transparency, and support industry initiatives such as the OECD Due Diligence Guidance and the Responsible Minerals Initiative to help achieve a conflict-free supply chain.
