WHO IS EPOWER CORP
EPower Corp is an American and Hong Kong owned contract manufacturer with production facilities in China and offices in the USA and Hong Kong. We work with our clients to streamline their manufacturing operations, scale up their production and to improve their production processes, product quality, manufacturing costs and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), production lead time, transparency and more.
We are vertically integrated and have sheet metal fabrication and final assembly inside our 160,000 square foot facility. We also leverage our global supply chain network to fabricate and procure parts, components and sub-assemblies.
We support new product development and have more than 20 electrical and mechanical engineers who provide value engineering and design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA). Our new product introduction (NPI) process also includes a pilot run to smoothly transition you into scale up for mass production.

NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION (NPI) SERVICES
EPower Corp provides a number of value-added services for clients launching a new product. We work with you to streamline your processes from later stage product development, including design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA), value engineering, tool design, and pilot run all the way to mass production. All of these services ensure a successful product launch that can also be scaled up during mass production.

Prototyping
EPower Corp provides you with cost effective and fast development cycles by making prototypes. Prototypes are used to verify the design, analyze for process and fabrication improvements during DFMA and for possible cost down projects.

Tooling Design
For custom parts, we design tools to optimize your costs and part output. During design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA), we also provide changes for certain parts so they can be properly tooled.
Pilot Run
EPower Corp’s pilot run is done to validate production using the exact materials and processes for production. The goal of the pilot run is to work out all of the early bottlenecks and to have a smooth transition into mass production.
